Time...

I do have updates I promise! I'm working on State Fair pics, Random pics, and pics from the weekend I spent with friends in SC. To add on to those I will have pics from the next two weekends to work on!!! There's always so much to do, but I always run out of time by the end of the day. Hopefully one day I will be able to edit my work full time and get paid for it:)

Etsy and more!

I love etsy!!! I have found a lot of great items on here for my wedding! It's a fun and creative site that sales homemade creations from artist and designers all over. Check out their website: http://www.etsy.com/!!!

I noticed that some of the trees are beginning to change!! I am so excited to see red leafs, but I will miss the beautiful golden Aspen trees! If only I could have both worlds at once:) A girl can dream...

I am going shopping and to the State Fair this weekend with some good friends. I also get to spend time with Chris and watch "The Office." It should be a fun weekend!!

Dog-sitting

I've been dog-sitting my soon-to-be in-laws for the past week. This is Broadus...he is a little sweet mess! The poor little guys cannot stand to be put in his pin during the day and at night. I've never heard noises like he makes before! I know he's is going to be really excited to see his mama!!! :)

As you might can tell there are 3 different lighting situations that I shot him under:)

Art Center & Engagement Party

This post will probably definitely contain one of the post important images that I will ever have. It's the last family picture taken with my dad. I'm glad Kerri was there to capture that for me! Kerri took a few shots of that day and evening. I've shared some of my photo's from Kerri's visit to RM, but now I'm going to share a few of hers.

We went to Rocky Mount's cool Art Center the morning of my Engagement Party.

If you want a good greasy burger go here!

This crazy little cat was a wild one. He got ran over this past summer. He was definitely my dads cat. It's weird how things unfold in life...

I really do miss this crazy cat! I've never met a cat like him...

Okay, so I did take this one...

Engagement Party...Chris' parents did a great job with the party! I know his mom put a lot of time and effort in the planning. We had a really good time!

In two weeks it will be 6 months without my dad. I can hardly stand it. Reality is a strange thing some times. Treasure all the time you can with you family...

Me and some of my bridesmaids. I actually have 5 more that are not pictured:)
You do the math...

Better late then never?!?

I had a few images from my travels from CO to NC in January. I wish I would have taken more. My mom and dad drove down there in my brothers big yellow truck. Kevin and I flew down to CO after Christmas. We went snowboarding a little bit before my parents made it over there. It was a crazy and quick trip. My family got to meet my CO family and that meant more to me then anything. I'm really glad they got to meet my dad. It's nice to kinda combined both worlds!

Here's a picture of dad in the "big yellow."

Sunrise around Memphis, Tenn.

Breakfast and Micky D's...

Kevin at Mickey D's

Memphis skyline...I liked this image in color and b&w...

This isn't a great shot, but we were so happy to see this sign!!!

Lilley

I had the pleasure of meeting and photographing little Miss Lilley last weekend! I can tell she gets a lot of her sweet and fun personality from her mom! I work with her mom, Tiffany, and I had heard a lot of stories about Lilley prior to meeting her. She was a a lot of fun to play with and I'll admit that I could barely keep up with her:)

I just loved this playhouse that Lilley's dad, Sam, made for her! What kid wouldn't love to have a house like this?!?!?!

Lilley even has this cool playset...

Mom helping her up...

She got in her sassy little model mode!

We took a couple of family shots before Lilley changed outfits...

I love this shot of Tiffany and Lilley!!!

She changed into her Princess dress for a few shots inside...

She appears to be a workaholic at the age of 4!! Look at her go!

Lilley changed, one last time, into her cute little jeans and pink shirt...

Tiffany and I had a hard time getting Lilley to pose for this shot, but she finally did:)

My personal favorite:)

Lilley was reenacting a scene from "The Bridge to Terabithia."

This was actually one of the last shots of the day! Lilley informed us when she was ready to stop having her picture taken. She lasted for a good 45 mins. I thought that was really great for a 4 year old!! She was a wonderful little model! It's a very tiring job:)
