I'm so excited about all of my ENGAGEMENT pictures I received from Whitebox today! I thought I'd share them with friends and family:) There's def. a variety of pictures...cute, silly, SCARY. The ones where we're making the silly faces is where they would say a word and we had to make that facial expression....use your imaginations!!!

PS- I"m sure none of you have EVER seen me kiss anybody before, so be aware there are a few kissy kissy ones:)

Sports, Food, and Photography...etc

We ate over at Donna and Kevin's house a few days ago. Donna made Hungarian stuffed cabbage It was very delicious!! I found out that Donna's dad was Hungarian. His parents were both Hungarian, and he's was born in the US. We watched the UNC game over there on Kevin's new tellie (which is sweet!).

I started my new job on Monday. I work at this place called WinCare. My job is to order supplies for Nursing homes throughout NC and a few other states. I'm working hard to edit all of my pictures from Budapest. I can't wait to get them all complete and post them! Keep your eyes open in the next week or so:)

As much fun as I had spending time with Paula in Budapest, I am glad to be back home! I have a lot of exciting things going on in the next few months! I'm putting my work (photography) up at a local coffee shop on Monday. This is my first art showing, and I'm really looking forward to that!

Behind...

I'm going to have a lot of catching up to do when I return!!! We still have all week in Budapest. Today we are going shopping at the Easter market. It's like a festival that we'd have in the States. They have booth's set up with food and homemade crafts and what not. I saw way too many things I wanted to buy, so today I have to be extra careful about what I spend:)

We still have so many more things planned! I'm trying to keep up with everything we've done, so I can have a HUGE update when I get back to NC! It's going to take a while before I get a chance to post pictures, b/c I took so many!

I got to watch all of the ACC tournament in Budapest! I'm not the only person that plans their schedule's around UNC basketball:) We did miss the ended of the last two games, but we know that outcome was GREAT!!! I can't wait to begin the NCAA tournament on Friday. Go Heels!!!

Tomorrow is a first...

Tomorrow I'll get on a plane and travel outside of the United States for the first time in my life! I don't think it's quite hit me. My friend Kathy and I are going to visit her sister Paula in Budapest. Paula has lived there for almost two years, which is just really hard to believe!

I won't be updating too much as far as images go, but I'll try to update with stories! When I return I'll have another slideshow with a billion wonderful pictures! YAY!

UNC's last home game...

Last Tuesday Kerri invited me to go with her, her grandma, and mom to UNC's last home game of the season! I'm glad I took them up on that opportunity! We got soaking wet before and after the game, but it was all worth it!!

I haven't yet figured out how to add a slideshow with the program that I use, so I'm sending along the link! If you love UNC then you will enjoy these pictures....otherwise I hope you still check them out and enjoy them! Click on the title or any of the underlined words to view the slideshow! Also, when the slideshow comes up click captions, b/c I wrote details about some of the images.

Go Heels!

Mrs Adams- Headshots

I had so much fun spending time with my future mother-n-law the other day. She had asked me if I would take some headshots of her for her Business cards. Here are a few of my favorites...

Josiah

Chris and I went and picked out a friendly cute little gerbil last weekend! Chris had been wanting to get a gerbil, so it was exciting to go together and pick out the little guy! We both kind of felt like he was the outcast of them all. Chris named him Josiah and he his a precious little creature:)

Chris looks really serious about putting together Josiah's new home!

This is what happens when Josiah goes really really fast on his spinning wheel!
