Hanging Out with Anton

I spent the evening with Anton last Thursday. We went outside and played for a little while, before the sun went down. It's always hard to play in the sandbox during the day b/c it gets way too hot!

Cute little toes!

I've brought my Simon game over a few times. I thought it might be something Anton would enjoy once he figured it out. It is different than your typical Simon game, because this was is made for two people and it's not round. I found it at a goodwill and it was the first time I've ever seen one like this before. I'm going to keep bringing it over...I think it will be even more fun the older he gets. He's a smarty...he catches on really fast!

He was really cute eating his corn on the cob! He got it all over his face:)

We were playing a little game I made up called Tickle Bug!
Snack time!

Anton looked sooooo adorable in his striped pj's.

He likes jumping up as high as he can...doing single, double, and triple jumps! He's getting ready for a big one!

Sleepy time!

I'm not sure how he sleeps like this, but he seems to be comfy:)

Elitch Water Park

Kerri and I went to the water park at Elitch (formerly 6 flags). They don't have a lot of water rides, but the ones they had were fun. A couple of them were actually closed for the day. The water was ice cube cold at first! We hung out and laid out by the wave pool until a few of the rides opened. It was a good day. It's been quite a few years since I had been to a water park!

Kerri brought her water camera along, so we got a few shots in. So, these shots were taken by both of us...the quality is not the best, but they're still cute.

This was taken with Kerri's cell.

Lazy River...

I love lazy rivers, but this one they actually make you get off...that part I didn't like.

Sorry for cutting you off Kerri....:)

It almost looks like we don't belong in this picture...as if we were zapped in from another planet.

This ride was pretty fun. I think my favorite one was the first one we rode with this little whirl pool at the end of the tunnel.

Zeb

Zeb is the little boy I just started babysitting. I basically take him to daycare bright and early in the morning and pick him up in the evening....a couple days a week. Yesterday we stopped by Burger King before we headed to his house. I can't believe how expensive kids meals are these days...CRAZY!

Zeb chowing down some french fries.

There was a little kitty hanging around. Zeb was keeping his eyes out for the kitty, b/c the kitty wanted to eat his french fries!

So close, but so far...

Here are a few shots of the kitty...

Zeb shoveling...

Look at that cute face!

After we played out side for a little while, we headed back in the house. We watch Carebears and starting watching Sharks Tale.

He's in the zone...

Shooting Stars

Kerri and I went up to Lookout Mountain Monday to see the meteor shower. We saw about twenty something shooting stars w/i two hours. It wasn't as big of a shower as I expected, but it was still amazing!

This was the first time I've ever attempted shooting the night sky. I must say it was a challenge. Maybe next time I'll get catch a falling star...
