Family Session: Wayne, Justine, & Samuel

Thanks to my lovely friends Matt & Kay I had the great honor of meeting The Wilson Family! Matt & Kay met Wayne & Justine in Greenville, NC. Back in January Matt celebrated his Birthday and Wayne, Justine, & Samuel were able to surprise Matt at their home in Wilson, NC.

I was very excited when Justine showed interest in a photo shoot! Samuel just celebrated his 1st Birthday in May. I was able to visit them at their home a few weeks later for this awesome shoot! I hope you enjoy them as much as I do! You're going to wish you could pinch Samuel's cute little cheeks once you're done:)

We had a hard time at first getting Samuel warmed up to the idea of having his picture taken! I love some of his expressions on his little swing!!

Oh Me, Oh My...

Me Before the wedding! I was trying to get so much complete it wasn't even funny! I'm very thankful that the two computers that I work on now are right beside each other!

This was still before the wedding! Chris was actually in the room behind me studying for exams. I believe this was the week before the wedding!!

Visit with Amanda

Amy and I went on a little weekend adventure to Lynchburg, VA in February. We wanted to visit with her sister, Amanda, and she wanted to learn how to snowboard. All I have to say is snowboarding to a very difficult sport to learn or teach! You really have to keep going a few times before it clicks how it works:) Overall we had a nice time with Amanda and all her roomie's! I've never seen so many creative girls in one space!

We got dinner and a movie the first night we were there...

Snowboarding day...

Hopefully Amy won't kill me for this one:) No worries, I've been in this position too!

I'm Married to Rorschach...

I missed out on the opening night of Watchman, but Chris has a tradition of making all the late night comic book movies! He dressed up like Rorschach that night! I was highly impressed with his costume!

Tater

Tater is growing up quickly! I miss seeing her every day! Chris is allergic to cats so it makes it hard to stay at mom's house long when we visit.

Here is Tater and her favorite type of mouse! She loves playing fetch with them!

Tabor

Here are a few pictures of cute little Tabor (Matt & Kay's first son)!

Pinewood Derby

A few months back the RA's, and anybody in the Church who wanted to participate, made these really cool race cars out of wood! As a child I recall my brother making these cars for either RA's or Boy Scouts. I always thought they were pretty cool, but this was my first hands on experience with a Pinewood Derby!

Chris made a Batman car of course:) It turned out really awesome! Here's a slideshow from that day!
